You are really asking about doing numerical integration and
there are lots of recipes for it. You could try a Google search
for

Excel "numerical integration".

A web site that comes up early in the listing is from Oregon
State and it's not bad. If you have a fair number of points,
Simpson's rule is quite easy to use.

Another possibility is to fit an equation to your data and
integrate the result algebraically .....polynomials are trivial
and exponentials are not that bad if you recall your high school
algebra.
