Data does not show on a chart
 

We are trying to show monthly data for a year (Jan - Jan) in a chart. Only
data for the first 8 months will show. As soon as you select the cell for
the next month all the previous cells automatically deselect. I have tried
typing the next cell reference in directly but even then the data does not
show on the chart. Any suggestions? Thanks

How are you selecting the next cell? If you highlight the existing address
in the selection box, then select the new cell, the highlighted address is
replaced by the new cell's address.

Are the cells contiguous (connected)? When you select the series in the
chart, do you see the colored rectangle surrounding the data which is
charted? Drag the corners of these rectangles to extend the data in the
series.
