Transferring multiple fields according to a large function
 

I have the following table and I have used the large formula to select the three highest scores from column 3 into a separate section of the spreadsheet. However I am trying to write a formula that will transfer the corresponding title from column 1 to go in the cell above these three values. Can anyone help?
