If the spreadsheet doesn't have a password, should just be "unprotect".

Excel 2003: Tools -- Protection -- Unprotect Sheet
Excel 2007: [Home] tab, Cells group, and in the Format pull-down you'll find
the Protect group near the bottom.

Now, if you mean you don't have a password for a workbook/worksheet, then I
