Default Remove decimal but keep entire number

Maybe just multiply by 100.

A1 = $47.50

=A1*100

= 4750

I need the price to display with no decimal, but retaining the numbers that
appear after the decimal. For example $47.50 would be 4750.
Example 119.00 would be 11900
Please help
