One way:

Assume the # of meters is in A1:

To get feet, put this in B1:

=INT(CONVERT(A1,"m","ft"))

To get inches, put this in C1:

=ROUND(MOD(CONVERT(A13,"m","ft"),1)*12,1)


Put it together:

=B1&" feet and "&C1&" inches"
