Default Blue and black arrows in Filters

I think that setting is buried with others in Themes in the Windows Control
Panel, rather than being an Excel setting.

Hi all

I have a colleague with poor colour vision and he finds the blue/black
(blue
meaning a filter is applied) arrows on the filters (on auto filters)
difficult to distinguish. Is there a way to change the colours to
something
brighter.

I have looked in the data filter options but no joy. Any help appreciated
(even if the answer is no!)

kind regards

Rexmann
