However I believe what you want to do is is increase the value of cells by a
certain percentage, lets say 15% as an example.
If you want a formula you can do =A1*1.15
If you have a list, enter 1.15 in an empty cell, click EditCopy, highlight
the list, then click Edit Paste Special and the select Multiply, then click
OK.
