The response from your URL is being cached somewhere in MSXML2.XMLHTTP60

Put a random parameter like a timestamp to the end of the URL

i.e.

sURL="http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&t=201902022 00423"
