Default Excel formula help

Hello,

I am in the process of making a custom lead tracking excel workbook. So far i have 2 sheets. Quote request and Leads Breakdown.

Currently what i am trying to figure out is how to transfer the data from "Quote request sheet" cell B1 (Date) to "Leads Breakdown" cell P10 (Pending Date)

What i am looking to have happen is whenever a potential customer calls in for a quote, i will enter their information on Quote Request Sheet, The date will transfer from Quote request B1 to Leads Breakdown p10 automatically. The customers name will transfer from Quote request B2 to leads breakdown q10.

Then after the quote request is printed the information will be deleted but remain on the leads breakdown portion.

When the next individual calls the cycle will repeat but instead of going to p10 it will be p11, q11. and so on.

Any ideas, i have done research but i cannot figure it out.
