can't move my workbook, top bar hidden

Default can't move my workbook, top bar hidden

working with several worksheets, in one window, one worksheet moved and
accidentally slid under top bar of excel. can not move it down. deleted
toolbars but worksheet keeps sliding up under the excel window bar. how can
I move it down???

ctrl+F7 then use the down arrow key
