locking rows at top of chart

Default locking rows at top of chart

I am wondering how, in Office XP, to lock the first two rows of my Excel
worksheet at the top, like a header, so they stay there when I scroll down
the rest of the chart.

Select cell A3. Window, Freeze panes.
