Default how to tab between sheets

Simple question, How do I tab between sheets in a workbook. I have
alphabetized sheets, and do not want to use my mouse to choose another sheet.
I cannot find the shortcut. Muchimas grazis!

Ctrl PageUp and Ctrl PageDown
