Default Shrinking text in Excel 2007

How do I "shrink to fit" text in the new Excel 2007. I can only find the
"Wrap Text" button which is NOT what I want to do.
Thanks

Right-Click on the cell, then select "Format Cells". Click on the Alignment
Tab, then check "Shrink to Fit".

You can also get to it from the Ribbon, by going to the Home Tab, then
clicking the small box in the lower-right corner of the "Number" section.
