Default Daily send copy of Excel Spreadsheet Via Email

I would like to send a copy of an Ecel spreadsheet via email every day -
automatically. (I have Schedule tasks send access data daily using Macro's)
but I am not sure how to do this with Excel. I have a copy of Click yes
running in the background.
