Default 2007 Pivot Table or OLAP Add-in

In Excel 2007, I can't tell when I should be using Pivot Tables or the OLAP
Add-in. It seems that Pivot Tables have improved a lot, while the OLAP linked
to Analysis Services in SQL 2005 may have taken a step back. What is the main
difference between these Pivot Table and OLAP from a users perspective?

Default 2007 Pivot Table or OLAP Add-in

Excel 2007 PivotTables have replaced all of the functionality of the Excel
2003 Add-In for Analysis Services. If you've installed the add-in in the
past with 2003, you can ignore it for 2007.
