I have to draw a Market Equillbrium graph, is there a way to draw in excel?

Do you mean a simple Supply & Demand graph as used in Economics? If so, you
need a column of data for supply at various price points and one for demand at
various price points and plot them both onto one graph. Where they intersect
you have market equilibrium.
