Default WORKING OUT PERCENTAGES

i'm trying to calculate increases in income, in percentage form. The
information given by microsoft office has not helped

Default WORKING OUT PERCENTAGES

=B1/A1-1

where A1 is the start income, B1 is the end income, and format the cell as
percentage.
