EXCEL FILE BLOAT CAUSING FILE CRASH
Hello,
MS EXCEL 2003 on XP PRO. I have a couple of simple files used for upload to an access database (they are external linked table). They are very simple. Personally I would guess thye should never approach must less exceed, 1 MB. Lately they have bloated to over 7MB and opening them is dicey but copying/pasting out of it causes excel to CRASH completely. as a result I've had to rebuild the files from scratch. What causes this and what can be done to prevent it? -- BlueWolverine MSE - Mech. Eng. Go BLUE! |
