Default Using Ctrl-arrow to move around excel

In Excel 2003, hitting ctrl-right arrow moved to the next non blank cell to
the right.
With Excel 2007, the same sequence just moves one screen to the right.
Is there anyway to set 2007 so it acts like 2003
