Default how can i change the order(ascending, descending) in a column?

Hi im fairly new to excel and need help in sorting a particular column
according to asecending or descending order in a worksheet. Any help would me
much appreciated!

Default how can i change the order(ascending, descending) in a column?

When you sort (DataSort), each key will have an Ascending or Descending option.
Simply check the appropriate button.

Not really that simple. Excel sorting requires care, or it can ruin the list. Read
