Default Double Click Cell with link should take you directly to source

When I click on a cell in Excel linked to a cell in another tab, i am brought
straight to the source of the data. My work computer won't do that. I checked
all of the excel options i have and it's not obvious to me how to get this
function to work.

ToolsOptionsEdit.

Uncheck "edit directly in cell"
