Default How to copy page breaks within an Excel spreadsheet?

I am trying to duplicate several hundred rows of data, within an Excel
Spreadsheet, with embedded Page Breaks in. After copying the data I have to
go through the new data inserting all the Page Breaks by hand.

If each section of data is the same number of lines, just adjust the bottom
margin up to include the given number of lines. Go to "Print Preview", click
"Margins" button, then drag the lower margin line up.
