Default Preserve Formatting for Pivot table cross 'Refresh Data !'

Hello,

Is there a trick to preserve the formatting (ex column width) for pivot
table cross 'Refresh Data!" option ?

I've setting up several pivot tables and have carefully formatted them
including setting the column width to make sure it all fits & prints properly
on one page for example. However, whenever I do 'Refresh Data !' everything
seem to get reset ?

I've tried playing with several options such as the 'Perserve Formatting'
in Pivot Table Option (check) or Refresh on Open (uncheck), etc. But
nothing seems to work.

What is the proper way ? THANKS !
