Default Cell formatting - "" shows as 1/0/1900

I am using a formula to copy cells from one sheet to another.

Everything is ok except the date column.

The when that cell is "" or -0- it shows 1/0/1900
How can I change this to "-" or blank?

Many thanks

One way:

=IF(Sheet1!A10,Sheet1!A1,"")
