Range
I have a number in column A and different number in B and I would like to
break out each number inbetween them to their own row. Is that possible with out dragging down and filling it because I have other rows under that need the same thing done. |

Range
What does "in between them" mean?
A and B are adjacent so there is nothing between those two columns. Do you mean the difference between A1 and B1?
