You can "split" contents using datatext to columns

Default Splitting cells

Select the column of data and then click DATA in the menu, select TEXT TO
COLUMNS.

You'll want to make sure that there are enough blank columns to the right of
the source data to accommodate the parsed data.

Yes there is.

The applicable method depends on details you have not chosen to provide,
however.
