Default insert rows in a worksheet that do not change adjoining rows

Select a cell, go to Insert menu, and choose "Rows". That will insert just
one row.

Alternatively, select a row, right-click, and choose "Insert". Again, it
will insert just one row.

In neither case will it insert adjoining rows.
