Default Changing the color of a list entry based on a tolerance

Hi,
I need some help figuring out how to take a list of numbers and make
the ones outside of a specified range (109.69 and 109.73) turn red. I
need the text or the whole cell to turn red if it is outside 109.69 and
109.73. Thanks for you help
