Default Set "print all text as black" as default in Excel

I use the color blue in cells that contain formulas. When I print these
worksheets, I want to have all text print as black. With each worksheet, I'm
having to go into File, Print, Properties, Finishing tab, Print Quality
Details and then choose Print All Text As Black. (I set this up only once
when we had Office 2000 and recently upgraded to 2003.) I have to do the
above steps for EACH worksheet within a workbook. Any ideas on how to have it
default?
