Default subtract and divide

how do i calculate the number of years a employee was hired from the current
date
and then divide by 365 in for say cell b13 subtract cell b2 (absolute ref)
then divide the difference? Please help

=(TODAY()-B2)/365
This will Give you the number of years worked and then a decimal for the
number of days in the cell that you place it. You would hade to enter the
hire date in cell B2. If you want the results in total days just remove the
/365 from the end of the string. But cell B2 has to be formatted as a date
10/24/2005.
