Default excel calendar - list of names displayed on calendar

I have a list of names with dates that change on a regular basis. I want to
display these names on a standard Monthly calendar to send out. as these
dates change often, I am looking to have the names move on the calendar as
the dates change.

Any suggestions?

thank you for your assistence.

standard monthly calendar with names and dates
are the number of names under a static list or dynamic (sometimes more or
sometimes less) ? Is this a servicing calendar ?

The list of names will expand weekly, and the dates associated with each name
will change due to timing. it is most closely related to a closing calendar
with new closings added each week and some closings moved out. currently the
list is maintained in excel and we past the names in a Word Calendar. I want
to skip the word calendar and just have excel populate the "monthly Calendar"
with the names.

thanks,
