Default multiple cell reference from sheet to sheet

help please.....

I would like to have my list of project names & their respective #s as an
original column on the first work sheet and reference it to subsequent
worksheets so that adding a project name can only be done on the first sheet
and coalating entire rows per column headers can be done on any sheet even if
the subsequent sheets have additional or different column headers. (or
something similar)

(i am excel iliterate, for now)

i.e.
1-Proj Closeout (worksheet)
A B C D
E F
1 project# project name project type construction $
sf $/sf
2 2008-01 Smith 01-Custom Home $1.3
6,500 $200
3 2008-02 Jones 02-Retail-new bldg $$$$$
#### $$$$

2-Residential summary (worksheet)
A B C D
E F
1 project# project name project type construction $
sf $/sf
2 2008-01 Smith 01-Custom Home $1.3
6,500 $200

3-Retail summary (worksheet)
A B C D
E F
1 project# project name project type construction $
sf $/sf
2 2008-02 Jones 02-Retail-new bldg $$$$$
#### $$$$
