Default trace dependents

I have a huge spreadsheets with lots of labels. I'm trying to find all the
cells that one cell refers to, and to print out that sheet. I can use trace
dependents, but I get a list of hundreds of cells. I'd like to print it out
so that I don't make any dumb errors, and miss something.

Thanks!
