Default how do I select different data in a filtered column in excel 2003?

I want to use the same option available in excel 2007 where I can check
different data in a column where filters have been applied.

You would have to use Data, Filter, Advanced Filter. Enter the values you
want in another list and point to that as your Criteria range.
