Default How to reduce all numbers in spreadsheet by a percentage

I have a spreadsheet and without having to type every thing out again I would
like to reduce all the numbers by 50% I am using office 2007

Default How to reduce all numbers in spreadsheet by a percentage

One way:

Enter 2 in an empty cell. Copy the cell. Select the numbers to reduce.
Choose Edit/Paste Special, selecting the Values and Divide radio
buttons. Click OK.
