Default Multiple conditional formats met

I want to set a conditional format so that the formatting will show only if
BOTH conditions are met. Condition 1: B520 Condition 2: B5C5*1.5 I am
using XL 07.

Try this for the formula

AND(B520, B5C5*1.5)
