Default Shortcut Keys - Insert Copied Cells

Is there a shortcut key to perform the function of insert copied cells? I
thought it was ctrl + e but that does not work. Thanks

Default Shortcut Keys - Insert Copied Cells

Ctrl & "+"

Opens dialogue sometimes if unclear whether to shift cells up or right.
