Default How do I set Excel to recalculate a sheet on a frequency (5 sec)?

In my previous version of Excel I set up spreadsheets to auto recalculate
every 5 seconds. I can't find the place where I can set this in 2007, does
it exist?

Thanks

Only through VBA OnTime code, which was undoubtedly used in your previous
version.

See Chip Pearson's site for more details.
