Default Duplicate worksheets

I have office 2003 and every time I open excel, word or outlook, I get a
duplicate worksheet......Book 1/ copy 1 with prior data. I can not delete
these sheets. I am sure they are in "startup" some where. Does any one know
how to open excel with just a blank worksheet and no copy 1?

Default Duplicate worksheets

Excel will open all files in your XLSTART folder at startup. Typically:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
