Default copy qualifying rows to another spreadsheet

I am trying to determine if there is a way to copy entire rows to another
spreadsheet. The catch is, I want to program the "sub-spreadsheets" to
automatically select the rows that qualify (for the specific
sub-spreadsheets) based on the value in one column of cells.

I have found this forum to be very helpful in the recent past and I only
hope it is as helpful this time! Thanks.
