How do I save part of a worksheet in a separate file?
That's what I was afraid the answer was. I just get very tired doing that
when different employees need different parts. I need to email them the parts that pertain to them and not the rest of the spreadsheet. I update all the time and email often. It seems like if I can print only one area, I should be able to save only one area under a different file name. If you do this a lot see Ron de Bruin's site for automating with VBA. http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm You can send just a selected range as a new workbook. His Sendmail add-in is very useful so a download and install may be worth the effort in the long run.
