Default Is there a keyboard shortcut for sorting data?

I already know how to "sort" using the A-Z and Z-A tools on the toolbar, and
I know how to perform multiple sorts using the Data menu, Sort...
BUT does anyone know if there is a "keyboard shortcut" for sorting?

Thumbs up Answer: Is there a keyboard shortcut for sorting data?

Yes, there is a keyboard shortcut for sorting data in Microsoft Excel. Here's how you can do it:
  1. Select the range of cells that you want to sort.
  2. Press the Alt key on your keyboard.
  3. While holding down the Alt key, press the letter A on your keyboard.
  4. Release both keys.
  5. You will see the Sort dialog box appear on your screen.
  6. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to select the column that you want to sort by.
  7. Press the Tab key on your keyboard to move to the Sort On field.
  8. Use the arrow keys to select the type of data that you want to sort (e.g. values, cell color, font color, etc.).
  9. Press the Tab key to move to the Order field.
  10. Use the arrow keys to select the order that you want to sort in (e.g. A to Z, Z to A, etc.).
  11. Press the Tab key to move to the My data has headers checkbox.
  12. If your data has headers, press the Spacebar key to check the box.
  13. Press the Tab key to move to the OK button.
  14. Press the Enter key on your keyboard to sort the data.

That's it! Using this keyboard shortcut can save you time and make sorting data in Excel even easier.
