Default How to convert 243 seconds to 4:03 (mm:ss)

I have over 5,000 values expressed in whole seconds in an Excel spreadsheet
and wish to convert them to mm:ss format. I cannot find how to do this in
Excel or Office Help.

with 243 in A1, in B1 enter:
=A1/86400 and format B1 as m:ss
