In excel counting cells in a range which meet condition "Xand<X"
I'm trying to construct a formula that will count the number of cells in a
range that meet the condition "x and <x", (which I suppose is two conditions in one really), where the range just contains numbers. |

In excel counting cells in a range which meet condition "Xand<X"
=SUMPRODUCT(--(rngx),--(rng<y))
