Default patmm\patmm.xla could not be found

i am using excel 2003. i put blackberry desktop manager on my computer and it
started hanging up, slow response, etc. i uninstalled the manager and after
doing that, everytime i would try to open excel, it would try to do a new
install. i did a repair with the cd and now i get a message stating that
patmm\patmm.xla could not be found. i click on ok and everything semms to
work fine. i can get to existing sheets, create new ones, etc. but it is
really annoying to continue clicking ok everytime i open excel. plus, i dont
know if something will get messed up in the process. any suggestions would be
welcome. thanks.
