Default MS Query File Location

OS: MS XP
Excel: 2000
Database Oracle 8 I

It seems the Queries are always filed if the same path and end up in a file
called Queries.
1) How can I change the default location for the MS Queries file?
2) How can I browse to place the file in different locations?

It seems as though the Query is tied to the File and Sheet and cant easily
be changed.

Thanks in advanced.
