Can anyone recommend some good web sites for tutorials/instructions in
learning intermediate-level and advanced formulas in Excel.

If you're interested in learning how to use a particular
worksheet function, go to:

http://www.google.com/advanced_group_search?
&as_ugroup=*excel*&lr=&num=100&hl=en

and use the function name as a keyword along with "MVP".
The more examples you see, the more you'll learn.
