Default synchronizing data on multiple spreadsheets

I am working on an Excel spreadsheet for a data upload. Some of the pages
have complete records on all the clients, and some only have records on part
of the clients (for example, only those that have been discharged). I need
to get all the records on one Excel Spreadsheet, but if I copy and paste, I
have to insert a lot of blank rows so the data is aligned with the correct
record. Any ideas how I can do this more efficiently?
