Making cells appear on screen but NOT print

I need to have a macro button and a text cell that appear on the screen but not appear when printing.

How do I do that?

if it is a complete row or column you can hide it before printing. Only
a few cells I would turn the font color to white before printing and
after printing turn it back to automatic.

You could put them in some "empty rows" above your data or over to the side of your data and then set the print area to not include those rows/columns.

Hold down the CTL key and click on the button, and then right click
to see the context menu. Select Format Contol. Uncheck under
properties the print checkbox. If you add a text box instead of
text in a cell, you can set the text box to not print also.
